IAHMP & CIMPA Joint Conference "The Magic of Meetings in a Diverse World"
The International Association of Hispanic Meeting Professionals (IAHMP) and the Connected International Meeting Professionals Association (CIMPA) join forces to implement an International Conference and Trade Show Expo “The Magic of Meetings in a Diverse World” at the Hotel Albuquerque in Historic Old Town, in Albuquerque, New Mexico USA on December 7-10, 2011. Alex O. Romero, President and CEO of Albuquerque Hispano Chamber of Commerce; Adrian Perez, President of Heritage Hotels & Resorts and Lawrence John, Executive Director, Navajo Nation – Ethics and Rules Office are the Honorary Chairmen. This year’s conference theme “The Magic of Meetings in a Diverse World” will present 2-days of educational sessions that will focus on the economic value of Meetings, Travel and Hospitality in the United States; President Obama’s new U.S. Travel Promotion Act and the U.S. Department of Commerce role in promoting tourism.
